Can anyone help me with GREEN FLUORESCENT PROTEIN gel electrophoresis?
I had a practical last week about GFP electrophoresis and after doing the experiment and graph I got a value of 30 kDA for GFP. I know that the normal molecular weight should have been 27 kDa..Would you say that it has been isolated intact?
