Which of the Titantool airless Spraying Machines uses Spraying Gun and Roller at a time.?
There are two types of pressure rollers (or "power rollers"), there is the low pressure Power Roller units that consist of a Pressure Pump, hose and roller. These are made by Wagner, Graco and some others.
The other type is a pressure roller attachment made for connecting to an Airless Sprayer. This is the type you are referring to here. Graco, Wagner, Titan and others make versions of these. They are more for professional painters, and are heavier duty.
Most of these units attach to the end of the Spray Gun itself. The spray gun is used as a "valve" to regulate the flow of paint to the roller. These airless accessories are internally fed with paint through the roller pole into a special roller that is perforated. The perforated roller allows the pressure fed paint to "ooze" out from within the roller core to wet the roller fabric with paint. There is another variation of this, which is more of a "back rolling" - roller. Titan makes a version of this type too. It consists of an external roller attachment that attaches to a pole spray gun and it simply "back rolls" the sprayed on paint. WIth this latter type, the paint is not pressure fed through the roller, it is sprayed on, and the roller attachment rolls over the paint to push it in to the pores of the wood or substrate being painted.
Which type of sprayer can you use the attachments with?
Basically with any airless unit that does not exceed the pressure rating of the roller accessory.
The internally feed pressure rollers attach to a spray gun, so it is simpler to use a Graco roller with a Graco spray gun etc.. because the threaded end of the spray gun differs (in size) from one manufacture to another. So, use the Graco roller with a Graco spray gun with almost any airless (that does not exceed the pressure rating for the spray gun), Use a Titan pressure roller with a Titan spray gun with almost any airless (than does not exceed the pressure rating for the spray gun) etc...
Note: The Internally fed pressure roller attachments are intended to be used with lower pressures. Typically around 100 psi - 300 psi or so. Not all airless sprayers can be dialed down to "zero" or very low pressure. Some sprayers start at 1000 psi. The 'surge" at 1000 psi can cause the paint to "squirt" out of the roller rather than gently "ooze" out and wet the roller fabric. The backroller type of attachment can be used with essentially any Titan sprayer, a low feed pressure is not a concern with this attachment.
